    I signed up for the 6-month wellness program after years of ill health and stress. While I had made significant strides in both my weight loss and nutritional health over the past 5 years, I felt I was “plateau-ing” and that my progress was stalling. I also felt I had some unknown obstacles/blocks to figure out and overcome. Cathy’s work with me literally “kicked me in the butt” and helped me break through some of the obstacles and blocks that were hijacking my progress. She got me thinking about, and taking, proactive action toward achieving my goals. Cathy is a wonderfully warm, compassionate, and caring “teacher/coach”. She is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition, yoga, meditation, breathing, and other practices that I have adopted to help me with my progress. She is an active listener and always makes me feel like the things I am talking about are relevant and worthy.
