Awaken

Awaken is a complementary invitation to gain clarity and see what it’s like to work with Cathy as your 1:1 coach and guide. This may be all that you need to find your way. Or, you may decide you want more and together we’ll discuss what program feels like the right place to start.

  • Before committing to one of Cathy’s 1:1 programs, it’s important that you feel comfortable.

    You want to live in alignment with your soul’s truth and experience a deeper sense of purpose.

    This 90-minute wellness session gives you the space to share your story—what’s led you here and why you’re seeking guidance at this time in your life.

    • We will rest-in with a mindful meditation.

    • Light a candle.

    • Pull an oracle card.

    • Set our intention for our time together.

    We will close our conversation by exploring your next steps.

    This may be all that you need to gain some focus and clarity on what’s possible for you to truly support your well-being.

Reset

You already know what it feels like to make healthy lifestyle choices

  • You’ve stumbled on a road block that’s put you off-course.

  • You found yourself in a new “season” of life that you weren’t prepared for and need support.

  • You find yourself overthinking or feeling anxious.

  • You sense a deep call to heal on every level—mind, body, spirit, and emotions—and you’re ready to restore balance.

This 3-MONTH program walks you back home to your intuitive sense of self with the integrity it deserves.

    • six, 60-minute 1:1 sessions (first session is 90-min) within six months.

    • Monthly meetings in Zoom or in-person.

    • Post session follow-up emails.

    • Resources and recommendations and suggestions.

    • Unlimited support between sessions.

  • Complementary 30-min call for clarity on your next steps.

    Three month Reset: $750.00.


    Payment in full or 2 installments at $375 each.

Six Month Program

Reclamation

A 6-month coaching journey for women ready to return to themselves.

Start trusting and believing in yourself again as you reclaim a deep sense of safety and stability in your body, mind, heart, and soul.

Right now, what you see in your life and how you truly feel aren’t aligned with the core of who you are. You’ve lost some of the joy, spontaneity, and inspiration that once lit you up.

Through 1:1 support, you’ll learn to establish, embody, and sustain healthy lifestyle choices that reflect the life you want to live—not the one you’ve been settling for.

You begin exactly where you are. It’s never too late to pick up the pieces, restore your energy, and reclaim the vibrant woman you’re meant to be.

    • Twelve, 60-minute 1:1 sessions (first session is 90-min).

    • Monthly meetings in Zoom or in-person.

    • Post session follow-up emails.

    • Resources and recommendations and suggestions.

    • Unlimited support between sessions.

  • A 30-min call for clarity on your next steps and ensure that this is the right fit for both of us.

    Six month : $1,500.00. Payment in full or 2 installments available.

Welcome. I’m Cathy, your guide and mentor to vibrant wholeness.

Whether I’m supporting one client, a movement class full of different bodies, or a group of women who gather together for a collective purpose, I use the same embodied principles of holistic health, yoga, nature and daily rest practices designed to connect us back to our wild feminine nature and to what matters most.

My work’s purpose and joy are elevated when I’m holding space for all women to be in relationship with and reclaim their power and the lost and forgotten parts of themselves.

I am ready to help you re-orient yourself back on your path to find lasting, lifelong ways of living for your vibrant wholeness and wellbeing.

FAQs

  • if you need to experience what working with me is like and have a couple of questions, schedule a complementary discovery call and we can answer these for you. Or, schedule a 90-minute Awaken session where you’ll have an opportunity to share, in depth, your reasons why you are seeking support, do a short coaching practice with me and I can give you some guidance to explore more if you would like to proceed.

  • 60-75 minutes. I always provide a little extra time for you to feel complete.

  • It is important for you to have time between sessions to absorb the lessons of each session and practice and implement them into your life.

    You are committed to doing the work between to support your goals and rest practices.

  • Zoom is the preferred way I work with clients.

    I offer a block of time on certain days that I can meet in-person, if you live close-by.

    Zoom is effective and personal if you have a comfortable and safe space in your home to speak freely and also lay down to do rest practices. It minimizes travel time and you have access to my services if you live far away.

  • Start with a complementary 20-minute call if you have a couple of questions.

    Schedule a 90-minute Awaken session if you need to experience what working with me is like. You’ll have an opportunity to share, in depth, your reasons why you are seeking support and I can give you some guidance to explore more if you would like to proceed with a 3 or 6 month program.

  • Rest is the foundation that supports all that you build on top of it.

    When you live your life rested, you experience being more in tune with the rhythm and tone of your body, your voice and how your actions.

    I include The Rested Path™ framework as part of the core principles in my coaching to allow you the space for making sound decisions and and choices that meet you right whre you are.

    • We Rest our Body physically and emotionally:

    • Our Rested Actions are born from intuitively believing in ourselves. They align with our core principles and purpose.

  • Cathy’s 3-month program allowed me to adjust to a life of retirement, heal and grow. She helped me redefine my situation in life and provided tools that revealed my values and priorities. This led me to change my attitude about being productive to one of being present and grateful.
