Attuned to your individual needs, private yoga and rest sessions (either 1:1 or with a group) incorporate the powerful healing benefits of yoga, rest, breath work, and mindfulness, including Yoga Nidra, to support you on to feel more vibrant and full of vitality day after day.
Whether or not you are experiencing health issues as a result of feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, when you commit to taking the time to pause and rest, you awaken to your true potential and feeling more vibrant and full of vitality is possible.
Our culture prides itself and celebrates the hustle and grind of being over-productive and always doing more, even at the expense of our wellbeing. Taking control of your needs is your responsibility and finding ways to meet you where you are is my responsibility.
How? A curated series of wellness programs that include yoga in all varieties. Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Mindfulness practices. All designed to take care of you, so you can take care of yourself (body, mind, soul) and show up rested, not exhausted and burnt out.
On the mat, you'll experience a sense of presence and awareness that may shift and transform with each session. Off the mat, you’ll experience what it feels like to reconnect with your authentic self.

Every Wednesday, beginning June 11 from 12:15-1:00, join me at Repose Yoga to experience the powerful meditative technique of Yoga Nidra. As a guided meditation, it offers a focus that quiets the distractions and noise of the mind, and offers relief from physical and emotional stress, so you can journey into a deeply, restful state. June 11th class is free. Take a break, come as you are in gardening clothes or work attire; and walk out the door feeling recharged, more focused, and aligned with what matters most. No pre-registration, $15 drop in or use your membership.
WORKPLACE YOGA & MINDFULNESS!
Bring yoga and mindfulness virtually to your workplace. No need to change into “yoga clothes” and roll out a mat. You just need to show up just as you are with a chair and a desk. Take a 20-min. yoga desk/rest break during your workday and feel refreshed, focused, rested and ready to move on with your day. Unwind and break the cycle from your daily workday habits.
