Her Day of Rest: March 28

$125.00

A Day for Self-Acceptance

Date: Saturday, March 28, 2026

Time: 12:30 - 3:30 PM

Location: Adelynrood Retreat and Conference Center, Byfield, MA

Acceptance is not resignation. It is a loving acknowledgment of what is here.

Join me for a nourishing afternoon of rest and Acceptance.

Self-acceptance is our ability to recognize and acknowledge all aspects of ourselves. Our strengths and our weaknesses — we hold both and when we learn to accept ourselves just as we are, then change becomes possible.

  • Define and align your Personal Values

  • Create a Personal Rest Altar to anchor you when you are home.

Both of these meaningful experiences will identify and set boundaries to protect your peace - so you remain rooted in self-acceptance.

Each month always includes:

Space to breathe and learn more about the benefits of Pranayama as nourishment and vitality, revisit your intentions, connect back to your physical body and heart with gentle movement and a curated rest meditation with Yoga Nidra. And time in nature to ground ourselves physically and emotionally.

Light refreshments will be provided.

What to Bring:

  • Dress comfortable to move inside, bring layers to move outside.

  • Two pillows

  • Cozy blanket

  • Yoga mat

  • Your favorite tea cup or mug
