Grateful Rest: November 8

$57.50

Grateful Rest

A Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra to inspire gratitude and ease.

Sunday, November 8 | Evergreen Farm, 114 Ash St., West Newbury, MA | 4:00-6:00pm | $57.50 (if cost is a barrier, please reach out to me personally) | Doors will be open by 3:45pm to arrive and settle in with a cup of heart opening tea.

As we prepare to welcome in Autumn, we are invited to turn inward and slow our pace. Join Cathy Sullivan for Grateful Rest to celebrate the season with an invitation to pause, be still, and rest in gratitude.

This 2-hour gathering will open the heart and calm the mind as we settle into deeply nourishing restorative yoga postures, fully supported with blankets, bolsters, and props so your body can safely let go. From there, you will be gently guided through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation that invites your mind and body to surrender into a state of profound peace and relaxation.

We’ll close our time together in quiet candlelight to integrate the benefits of stillness and create a personal Sankalpa – a heartfelt intention to carry with you into the season of rest.

Dress extra comfortably and warm. Bring anything else to support you such as an extra blanket and pillow. Grab your favorite tea mug, a journal (optional) and your yoga mat (extras mats provided upon request).

I’m happy to answer any questions you may have, please reach out.
