Her Day of Rest is a gentle return to yourself.
A nourishing workshop created to offer a pause to set down your roles, release responsibility for a while, and simply be.
When a woman returns to herself;
she create space for greater freedom, joy, and vitality,
she remembers she is not her ancestral exhaustion and mother-line narrative,
she embraces her rhythm and tone and feels confidence to anchor rest into her life,
her doing comes from a place of being grounded in rest.
Rooted in the core principles of Rest, Ritual, and Connection, you'll be guided to reconnect with your body, listen inward, and honor your own needs with compassion and clarity.
Light refreshments and tea will be served, bring a journal, an eye-pillow if you have one, and your water bottle.
All yoga props will be provided, including mats. Feel free to bring anything extra to support your practice.
