Where you will take time to pause and nourish yourself while you relax with long held restorative shapes (mostly floor based) designed to soothe your nervous system and unwind deeply held tension — along with stuck energy that never seems to leave your joints and ligament. Then dwell in a long yogic nap (Yoga Nidra) where you will be guided for 20 minutes even further into rest.
Restorative practices like these help to rebalance and restore your energy, vitality, health, and mood. When you slow down to rest you experience what a soft rising feels like. This happens when you change your perspective of rest.
Use your membership or just drop in - there is always room for rest.
